I cannot recommend paul and stathia enough. They are a light that shines really bright and I feel completely safe in their hands to experience and explore myself during my breathwork journey. Im very grateful for all their support during the level 1 course. With their guidance i have had profound experiences with a lasting positive effect that i will always carry with me. Their knowledge and experience are really hard to match but the compassionate manner with which they connect with others is whats truly unparalleled.
