Words can hardly describe what I experienced and felt during the training.
On both an emotional and intellectual level, my understanding deepened profoundly. I am grateful that something like this exists in our country. ♡
Paul and Stathia know their work well, allowing my very being to “rest.” So much surfaced, yet the gentleness that surrounded me was crucial in helping me see clearly, without judgment, what my body was experiencing.
